Additional Options / Services -
Twilight Shoot / Repeat visit for Exterior Shots - $75.00
Shoot taken place right after sunset. All interior lights must be on to add effect and superior look to the home.
Travel Fee - $20.00 minimum
Travel fee added for all shoots farther than 30 miles (one-way) from DFW airport. Fee will be quoted and agreed upon before photography project is accepted.
Additional Shoot Time - $50.00 / per half hour.
Policies -
Scheduling -
No less than 48 hours before preferred shoot time. The shoot will be between 1.5 -2 hours. May take longer to achieve certain shots or additional services.
The Shoot -
Homeowner or Authorized Agent should be present at the shoot to allow access to the home and discuss special considerations and shots required. The shoot will and should include front exterior, back exterior, all major living areas and rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath, and bedrooms. Powder rooms, small bathrooms, utility rooms and/or garages are not shooting priority unless otherwise discussed. Please secure all pets during a shoot.
Cancellations / No Show / Inclement Weather / Reshoots -
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with a twenty-four (24) hour notice. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment is subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. Full price of the shoot will be charged to any cancellation within three (3) hours of a scheduled appointment time. Arrival by Owner / Agent more than 30 minutes past the appointment time will be considered a cancellation and be charged the full rate or incur additional shoot time charge. Every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling. In the event of Inclement weather prohibiting exterior photography, a pickup shoot of the property exterior will be rescheduled at the earliest possible time, or a total rescheduling of the shoot is possible at both Owner/Agent and Photographer's agreement. Lack of Cooperation is not legitimate reason for reshoot.
COMPLETION SCHEDULE / DELIVERY
Image Processing, image manipulation ( editing & retouching), and CD creation takes approximately two-three (2-3) days. Completion time is an estimate. Time depends on number of images required, number of images taken and number of shoot hours. The CD/DVD will then be mailed, delivered in person, or uploaded to FTP site for immediate download (if applicable).
